Q. What details do I need to supply when asking for a pallet price?

A. In order for us to accurately price your pallet requirements, we would normally prefer to visit your site and measure the pallet ourselves. If this is not suitable, and you would like us to price your pallets over the phone or by email, we will work with you to obtain all the relevant information that we require.

Q. Is there such a thing as a minimum order quantity that we need to place?

A. No, we do not set minimum pallet order quantities, however smaller manufacturing and delivery runs are reflected our prices.

Q. What is ISPM15?

A. Simply put, ISPM15 is an International Photo sanitary standard for timber pallets and packaging.  All export pallets, crates, bins or timber dunnage that you send from New Zealand, must be either Methyl Bromide fumigated or Heat Treated HT.These treatments are designed to kill any pests that may have contaminated the timber. Our manufacturers registration number along with the type of treatment provided is stamped on the side of all pallets or timber products.

Failure to comply with these export requirements may mean your export shipment is rejected at its point of destination.
